The PaDom® Swiss apartment network is designed for those who want to shape their own path intentionally. We currently offer legal adult job options in two regions of Switzerland, across 9 private apartments for women and transgender individuals aged 18+.

0% commission - 100% discretion

A key benefit of the PaDom® model is the clear, fixed daily rate. The daily apartment or room fee is 135–235 CHF, with no percentage-based deductions, so you always know your costs upfront.

With focused, consistent effort, a net 800–1000 CHF per day is attainable. Actual income depends on your work pace, availability, communication, and how effectively you build your own client base.

For newcomers, the first working day is free of room charges. This lets you explore how things work, experience the atmosphere, and decide based on your own impressions.

The work is independent, and management is there to support you with almost everything.

You manage your own phone, set your appointments, and choose when to work and when to rest.

You set your own services, extras, and prices. No extras are required, and no one dictates what you should offer. Your earnings mainly reflect how proactive and intentional you are, and how much you grow your personal clientele.

Premium apartments, proven locations, real footfall

If a sophisticated environment matters, PaDom® apartments provide modern, renovated spaces with new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Towels, bedding, and all essentials are included.

Free Wi-Fi and an entry camera system add comfort and security. In our established apartments, you’ll benefit from walk-in regulars and clients responding to your own ads. In many units, your own doorbell and photos assist with identification.

You can work entirely on your own, or even alongside a friend. For groups, 3–5 room apartments can be rented.

Important rule: no male chaperone may stay in the apartment. Small pets are permitted if you accept responsibility for any possible damages.

Who we are looking for

We are NOT only seeking top models, but also natural, polished, "girl next door" types. We welcome those who know their goals, are dependable, and can work independently. We are unable to accommodate plus-size applicants.

Important information

Online registration (90-day work permit) is, of course, free.

Each person arranges and pays for their own travel. We do not organize it and do not provide advances. You can arrive by long-distance bus if you prefer, but this is entirely your responsibility.

If you wish, we can manage your ads (even for your entire tour) so they look polished and attract attention. In addition, an AI-enhanced professional photo set is available, which, based on experience, can significantly increase client numbers — each person covers their own costs.

The female owner of PaDom® is available by phone during business hours and in person at the office on the first floor of one of the apartment buildings.
