A regisztrációs eljárás során egy németországi postacímet kötelező megadni, ami lehet akár a dolgozós lány Németországban bérelt postafiók címe is vagy, ha van neki, akkor állandó vagy ideiglenes németországi tartózkodási helye. Az üzlet tulajdonosának ezzel kapcsolatban nincs semmilyen kötelezettsége, neki csak azt kell ellenőriznie, hogy a szexmunkás rendelkezik-e érvényes regisztrációval. Tehát a lányok saját felelőssége a regisztráció megcsináltatása. Természetesen az üzletvezetők azért általában szoktak a fenti eljárásban - időpont foglalással, és a regisztráció helyére való elkalauzolással. Üdv: Dóri

Szabály szerint minden szexmunkásnak részletes nyilvántartást kell vezetnie a bevételeiről. Ugye ez a bevétel lesz majd az adó (áfa+szja) alapja, melyet az éves adóbevallás elkészítésekor kell megfizetni. A düsseldorfi tabella alapján a stúdiók/klubok évközben napi adóelőleget szedhetnek bizonyos összegű napi bevétel esetén (ált. 100€ bevétel felett, tehát az adott helyen nem lesz probléma egy esetleges ellenőrzés, hiszen történik folyamatosan adóbefizetés), mely összeg régiónként változó, napi 7,5-30€ között alakul. Ez az összeg általános forgalmi adó (áfa) előleg. Az áfán felül az éves jövedelelem után személyi jövedelem adó (szja) fizetési kötelezettség is terhel mindenkit (mint minden jövedelem szerző természetes személyt :) ), a bevallás elkészítésében szükség esetén könyvelő tud segítséget nyújtani.

A regisztráció feltétele egy, a kijelölt szervnél tartandó egészségügyi konzultáción való részvétel (telefonos tolmácsot alkalmaznak minden esetben), melynek teljesítéséről igazoló kártya kerül kiállításra. Valójában egy tanácsadást kell elképzelni, tisztálkodással és szexuális védekezéssel kapcsolatosan. 21. életév alatt a konzultációt félévente, azon felül évente kell megismételni. Ezen igazoló kártya, illetve 2 db igazolványép birtokában lehet megkezdeni a regisztrációs eljárást az adott régióban illetékes szerv ügyintézőjénél. A fényképes regisztrációs igazolást saját névre és igény szerint fantázia névre IS kiállíták. Németország összes régióját fel lehet tüntetni, mint munkavégzés helyét, az egyszerűség kedvéért (így másik régióban már nem szükséges a későbbiekben a regisztráció). Tehát "orvosi papír", illetve vizsgálat a regisztrációhoz nem szüséges. Minden szexuális szolgáltatás kizárólag kondom használatával megengedett, annak elhagyásáért a szolgáltatást igénybe vevő vendég szankcionálható pénzbírsággal. Ha a szexmunkást többszörösen azon érik, hogy óvszer nélkül dolgozik, ebben az esetben az ő részére is kiszabható pénzbírság.
